CONSIDERATIONS
Considering that:
1.Football is a worldwide passion;
2.No country should stay away from this passion;
3.No one enters into a competition to lose;
4.Football has a especial appeal comparing to others sport modalities;
5.Football, nowadays, requires an extremely qualified approach;
6.Structural development is evident;
7.Brazilian football has brought a differential for Middle East football during the last years;
8.Arab Emirates clubs need to have a well structured organization like others clubs from the world;
9.Today football must count on all available human and technical resources;
10.As a coach, I have truly identified myself with this club and its fans, therefore, I want you to be the first to know this football project.
Hence, I propose a work plan that will offer the Al-Wasl football an opportunity to go through an upgrade; it will allow the team to reach a higher position in the football scene and to perform the main hole in the modernization process of Arab Emirates clubs.
1.The “Technical, Tactical and Physical Director” has the following attributions:
1.1 Devotion 24 hours per day during the validity of the contract.
1.2 To choose and to request the act of contract to the direction of the club all the components of the staffs of all the categories. The choice will be made after meetings with some professionals and transmitting them all the structure and objectives of the club for the season.
1.3 To promote courses of interchange among all club football professionals bringing also professionals from the other countries to give the courses giving emphasis to the development of the native professionals of the country.
1.4 To search and choose, always with the final word of the coach, and to present the direction which the foreign and native players will be necessary to get the results tracings for the club for the season.
1.5 To more give to conditions to the foreign players for a fast adaptation facilitating courses of languages and all that will be necessary it player to be able to relieve everything that the necessary club.
1.6 To elaborate, together with the direction of the club, a spread sheet of wages for the diverse professionals of the commissions techniques and for the players tracing the objectives of the club to be reached.
1.7 To elaborate, together with the direction of the club, a spread sheet for the bonuses in case of wins or draws to of the staffs and the players in accordance with the objectives to be reached.
1.8 To choose places of training at the beginning (Camping) and of the middle of season studying some places and options.
1.9 To elaborate, together with the direction of the club, an internal regulation with all the obligations and all the rights of the entire football department.
1.10 To promote biweekly individual meetings with the commissions of each category to make solid the work inside of the aspirations of the club.
1.11 To co-ordinate the part technique, tactics and physics of all the categories of the club demanding the fulfilment of all the objective tracing for the club.
1.12 To follow all the training of the categories, mainly the categories of base, correcting the imperfections as much of the trainers how much of the players.
1.13 To follow the development of all players by means of devices where we will be able to have the notion of the benefit that each player is bringing to the teams and the club.
1.14 To take care of the part to discipline of all categories in accordance with the internal regulation of the club.
1.15 To supervise all material of support for the good development of the training.
1.16 To supervise all the used physical spaces of the club for the training.
